Orders and Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Custom products require written approval of artwork and specifications before production begins.
Payment
Payment terms are 50% deposit for custom orders and full payment for stock items before dispatch. We accept bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, and designs are owned by Chipnexa or its licensors. Customer artwork remains the property of the customer and is used only for fulfilment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
